This rotary pencil sharpener will precision sharpen all types of pencils, be it round, hexagonal or triangular pencils up to 12mm in diameter. It has a very easy-to-empty container. With a point adjuster, you can decide if you want sharp & long points for graphite pencils or blunt & round for coloured pencils. It has an automatic sharpening stop. The sharpening stop helps avoid a lot of wastage as it stops sharpening as soon as the desired lead point is achieved. It comes with a desk clamp so that it can be attached to the desk and is easy to sharpen. Staedtler rotary mechanical pencil sharpener will not leave grip marks on the pencil.
