Milan coloured pencils are a fantastic pencil option for any artist no matter what level they are at. They have a 3 mm lead which produces both fine lines when sharpened and thick shading on the side. The colours are made from non-toxic pigments which are resistant to light, and the lead is resistant to breakage.
