We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 working days, subject to payment and stock availability.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time from dispatch:

•  Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch (urban): 2–6 working days
•  Other areas (including rural and remote): 3–8 working days

Shipping Fees

Standard courier rates apply to all orders. For oversized or heavy items (e.g. large drawing boards or easels), we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the shipping cost and provide a separate quote.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available during promotional periods on orders meeting the minimum spend (excludes oversized items and some rural addresses). Please check our homepage or announcements for current offers.
